Description: Changed USBPHY1 series resistors from 33R to 0R.  NOTE, the PCB has not changed so this shows Rev D for LGA.

Reason for change: This improves USB performance on the USBOTG port.  The USBPHY2 (host only port) is a 12MBps port and is unaffected by this change.
