Power Consumption
These figures are for power consumption measured on a Topaz Development Kit running Windows CE. LCD power is not included in these figures.
- Maximum (playing video from USB key including audio): 235mA @ 5V
- Idle: 145mA @ 5V
- Suspend: 58mA @ 5V

Reflow Guidelines
Parts on Topaz are rated for at least 3 reflows. One of these occurs during manufacture leaving 1 for product assembly and a further one for re-work if required.
A standard RoHS reflow profile is sufficient for Topaz subject to limitations of your product board.
Moisture Sensitivity
The Topaz CPU Module is a Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) and has a MSL rating of 3.
Volume quantities are supplied in sealed packaging suitable for immediate use in production. Prototype quantities may need to be baked before use.
