Introduction

The Topaz i.MX25  CPU Module family packages together a Freescale i.MX25 applications processor with flash, RAM, power management and networking functionality into a module that is easy to integrate into new embedded designs.

Key features include:

  • Freescale i.MX25 Applications Processor 
  • 64Mbytes Low-power DDR RAM
  • 128Mbytes NAND Flash
  • 10/100 Ethernet PHY
  • Power supply components
  • Choice of surface-mount LGA or 200-pin SO-DIMM form-factors

  • Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3
  • Linux
