Topaz Mechanical Information
SO-DIMM
The Topaz SO-DIMM module is compatible with TE Connectivity 200-pin DDR2 connector: 1565917-4.
The module includes 2 mounting holes which are suitable for a M2.5 screw with a maximum head size of 5mm. The holes are plated and connected to ground.

The footprint and schematic symbols are also available in Altium Designer 6 format from the Device Solutions web site. All dimensions are in mm.
Revision D
The following shows the recommended PCB footprint for the Topaz Module.
The solder paste mask should use 0.9mm circles for each pad.
