Opal-5 CPU Module Technical Reference

The Opal-5 i.MX53 CPU Module family packages together a Freescale i.MX53 applications processor with flash, RAM, power management and networking functionality into a module that is easy to integrate into new embedded designs.

Key features include:

• Freescale i.MX53 Applications Processor 

• 512MBytes or 1GByte DDR3 RAM

• 512Mbytes+ NAND Flash

• 10/100 Ethernet PHY
