This page details the signals on the interface connector.  These are grouped by function:

The Vybrid GPIO, USB, Analog I/O and Security signals are connected directly to the Vybrid SoC on Quartz.  For details on these signals, refer to the Vybrid Datasheet and Reference Manual on the Freescale site.
