Topaz Interface Signals
- Martin Welford
This section details all of the signals that interface to the Topaz. For more details on i.MX25 signals, refer to the Freescale documentation.
The signals have been broken up into the logical groupings based on commonly used functions.
Signal Descriptions
The following table includes:
- Pad/Pin number: Pad refers to the LGA pad, Pin refers to the pin number on the SO-DIMM connector.
- Voltage: Topaz includes a mixture of 3.3V and 1.8V signals.
- Name: This corresponds with the i.MX25 pin name where the signal originates from the i.MX25
- GPIO: This column lists the i.MX25 GPIO number for signals that include this capability
- Alternate function: This lists the most common alternate functions available on a given pad. Not all functions have been included. Refer to the Freescale documentation for a complete list
- Description. Gives a brief description of the signal to include any information specific to the Topaz Module. For a detailed description, consult the Freescale i.MX25 documentation
