Introduction
The Topaz i.MX25 CPU Module family packages together a Freescale i.MX25 applications processor with flash, RAM, power management and networking functionality into a module that is easy to integrate into new embedded designs.
Key features include:
- Freescale i.MX25 Applications Processor
- 64Mbytes Low-power DDR RAM
- 128Mbytes NAND Flash
- 10/100 Ethernet PHY
- Power supply components
- Choice of surface-mount LGA or 200-pin SO-DIMM form-factors
