Introduction
The Opal-5 i.MX53 CPU Module family packages together a Freescale i.MX53 applications processor with flash, RAM, power management and networking functionality into a module that is easy to integrate into new embedded designs.
Key features include:
- Freescale i.MX53 Applications Processor
- 512MBytes or 1GByte DDR3 RAM
- 512Mbytes+ NAND Flash
- 10/100 Ethernet PHY
- Power supply components
- 2 x 168 high-density connectors
